In the town of Mataranka on the Stuart Hwy, Martin Rd heads NE, the site is in the carpark about 4km along it at the end. A pleasant flat walk takes you on a loop around the springs in good woodland. Beside the caravan park is an unsignposted track that leads to a small lake on Roper Ck that can be worth checking out. Stay away from here during peak periods, way too many people.

No free camping is allowed here, a large commercial campground is part of the site
