On the access road to Bolwarra about 30km SW of Chillagoe, this is probably a permanent waterhole with good vegetation along the creekline and surrounds, the site also takes in the confluence with Big Black Gin Ck just to the west.
Camp rating 6 there is a small area on the NE bank to use, but it’s right on the road and is not an established campsite
