Latitude -37.9966700 (37° 59′ 48″ S)
Longitude 146.6583300 (146° 39′ 30″ E)

About 4km west of Cowarr on the Toongabbie Rd, Wier Rd heads north at a crossroads. The weir entrance is about 2km along here. The site is based at the camping area that is a bit quieter than the picnic area, and where the Thomson River bends around the camp, there’s some remnant habitat here around the edges of the parkland.

Camp rating 8 for self-contained vehicles only. Not recommended for weekends or holiday times when the crowds can be horrendous. There are toilets here.
