At the southern end of Broome the site also takes in Broome Beach. Access is off Walcott St for the caravan park or Robinson St for the beach. It’s a well vegetated caravan park. The beach is small and popular, but just to the south of the small patch of mangroves is a muddy tidal flat that the waders love, north of the jetty is a larger patch of mangroves that can be productive. I lived here throughout most of 2019.
There is no free camping here with the comercial caravan park here.
