Part of Ngarkat, it’s fish ponds in name only, the site is usually dry. The ponds are actually about 500m north of the road with a walking track over some sand dunes and into a soak. It’s about 1.5km east of the Scorpion Springs/Pine Hut Soak T and the Nannams Well Tk junction. There is good woodland in the area.
