In Holleton Reserve Holleton Tourist Track heads north from the historic area, the track runs through an old mining area where the track becomes indistinct then about 1km further north a clay pan is on the west side where the site is based. The site can also be access from Dam road along a track that heads east then south to the sire. Either way 4wd is required.
