At the beginning of the Barwon Heads Rd near the junction with the Old Princess hwy and at the entrance to the Barwon Valley Golf Club, this little gem of a wetlands can be jam packed full of birds, the southern lake always has water, the northern one can dry out, there is an embankment and walking track to get you around the periphery of the water southern lake. The bird hide is a bit unnecessary.

No camping is allowed here.
