The site is on the SE corner of the lake on the Cunnamulla Rd about 38km east of Thargominda, there is often but not always water in the lake here, there are tracks that lead north to the main lake  which can be a long way away and the National Park 4wd is required. On the north side of the road are toilets and a shelter, on the south side is the campground that requires 4wd to get into, there are no facilities at the campground.

Camp rating 10 4wd is needed to get into the free camp on the SE bank of the lake from the main road, facilities are just to the north of the main road.
