About 10km west of Mount Gambier on the Princes Hwy, Kangaroo Flat Rd heads north, 11km along that Kennedy Rd heads west, 5km along that Glencoe West Rd heads north, the site is about 5km along this as the road starts to bend around the lake. There is no access to the lake from this spot as the scrub (read blackberries) is too thick around this part of the lake. There is good woodland around the lake and pine plantations on the other side of the road.

Camp rating 6, it’s possible to camp at the edge of the bush associated with the lake just off the pine plantation road. this is not an established campsite
