On the Bindoon Moora Rd about 4km south of Mogumber, Jackson Rd heads west along the south edge of the lake. The site is about 600m along where an arm of the lake comes close to the road. You have to walk through the bush a short way to get to the edge of the lake which won’t always have water in this area. The habitat is good around the lake with semi-cleared land to the south.
