In the Leven Canyon Regional Reserve, access is from Loongana Rd about 8km SW of Nietta. There is free camping here above the toilet block. There are a few walks that you can do as a loop or individually to an upper and lower lookout. The lower one is longer and runs through the best habitat, there are then the 697 steps that link the two lookouts, then an easy walk through reasonable forest back to camp. The upper lookout is the better lookout.
Camp rating 10 There is good free camping above the toilet block in between the camping area and the picnic area. There is also a shelter next to the toilet block
