Just to the east of the settlement of Pheasant Creek on the Whittlesea-Kinglake Rd, Pheasant Creek Rd heads north, O’Grady’s Rd is the first road that heads east a few hundred metres along. The site is at Johnson Ck about 1km down the road. There is some dense habitat along the creek, and a thin strip of trees along the road in cleared farmland.
