On the Marble Bar Rd about 33km south of Nullagine, there is a small permanent waterhole on the west side of the road. The best site is on the SW side. The pool is accessed by cattle so the edges are damaged, but a small islet in the middle of the small pond with reeds allows some Star Finches to hang on here.
