About 71km NE of Pine Creek township along the Kakadu Hwy In the southern part of Kakadu NP, Gimbat Rd heads east, the walk starts about 15km along. The best habitat is in Boulder Ck, but the whole walk to the lookout is worth doing, allow 3hrs. The walk can either be done as a return walk or a walk back along Gimbat Rd. There is often no access in the wet season.

No camping is allowed here, Kambolgie campsite is about 5km back towards the highway.
